All rights in and to the musical composition and master recording are owned by Freedom Fry LLC throughout the world. The customer may only perform the musical composition and master recording for their personal, non-paid use (i.e., non-sponsored social media or SoundCloud). No other rights are conveyed to the customer and customer may not make any commercial or publicly downloadable use of any materials hereunder.
Songs will be delivered within 2 (two) weeks. No refunds will be given after the song has been delivered. Refunds will only be offered if the band is unable to fulfill the order due to scheduling. Customer is entitled to one round of suggested feedback. Inquiries can be directed to Freedom Fry HERE.
